Artist Showcase: Axel Calatayud

Axel Calatauyd is an experimental photographer and asemic artist based in Mexico. Working wity with quimigrams, lumen prints, antotypes, and asemic calligraphy—techniques born from light, chemistry, and intuition, his practice explores the porous border between the visible and the unconscious, giving form to the intangible through randomness and gesture.

 Each piece is a silent poem, a trace of the spiritual in matter.
